You will be responsible for implementing infrastructure automation strategies, building a skilled team, and enabling product teams through enhanced delivery capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead platform engineering and automation initiatives
• Develop and execute CI/CD workflows and templates
• Collaborate with product teams for compliance and security
• Mentor engineers promoting continuous improvement
• Measure engineering maturity with relevant metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related
• Minimum 7 years of platform or DevOps experience
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in CI/CD and Azure technologies
• Bilingual in English and French
