Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement staff training programs
• Coach and motivate certified instructors
• Monitor and guarantee product quality delivery
• Provide payroll support and efficient scheduling
• Manage labor costs and adjust as needed

Requirements:
• 3-5 years ski/snowboard instructing experience
• Relevant education in Commerce/Business
• Minimum of 3 years in management roles
• Leadership experience within recreation is preferred
• CSIA/CASI Level II, III, or IV certification required
