Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with lawyers on case files
• Manage caseloads for PRRA applications
• Draft legal opinions and other materials
• Prepare for RAD appeals and IAD hearings
• Conduct relevant legal research and writing
Requirements:
• Called to the Ontario Bar with 2-5 years' experience
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred
• Strong skills in legal research and writing
• Interest in immigration and refugee law
• Experience dealing with crisis situations
