We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and reliable Birthday Party Activity Leader to help create unforgettable birthday experiences for children ages 4–13.

If you love working with kids, have a fun personality, and enjoy leading games and activities, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- Lead engaging, age-appropriate games and activities in our gym during birthday party rentals.

- Keep children active, entertained, and included throughout the event.

- Adapt activities to suit different age groups (4–13 years).

- Ensure a safe, positive, and organized environment.

- Communicate professionally with parents and party hosts.

- Assist with party setup, transitions, basic cleanup as needed and closing procedures.

- Work alongside other team members to ensure each party runs smoothly.

Qualifications

- Experience working with children through camps, sports, coaching, teaching, childcare, or similar programs is an asset.





- Confident leading groups of children with enthusiasm and energy.

- Friendly, dependable, and punctual.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to think on your feet and keep children engaged.

- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).

Schedule

- Primarily weekends.

- Part-time, with versatile shifts based on birthday party bookings.
