Our client is currently seeking skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented technicians to join their auto repair team in Mississauga. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in automotive repair, auto body work, or panel/facework repair who are looking to work in a professional and rapid-paced shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work efficiently and accurately
- Carry out auto body, facework, and repair tasks based on job requirements
- Inspect vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair approach
- Operate tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company procedures and workplace safety standards all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure repairs are completed on schedule
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in automotive repair, auto body repair, or facework repair
- Strong technical skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with workplace safety requirements

Benefits
Compensation Details
- CA$20.00 per hour
- Payable hours will be set in advance by the client. For example, if a repair job is assigned 8 payable hours, the technician will be paid for 8 hours regardless of the actual time taken to complete the work.
