Office Administrator & Bookkeeper

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator & Bookkeeper to keep our team running smoothly. You'll be the operational backbone of a 6–15 person team — the person who keeps schedules tight, records clean, and nothing falling through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day: scheduling, calendars, correspondence, and document organization

• Track expenses, process invoices, and support day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks

• Assist with budget monitoring and help prepare basic financial reports or summaries

• Reconcile receipts and maintain organized financial records

• Manage office supplies and inventory so the team always has what they need

• Coordinate with vendors and serve as the main point of contact for office services





• Communicate across internal teams to keep operations running without friction

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in an office administration, coordinator, or bookkeeping role

• Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks

• Comfortable with basic accounting tasks — invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations

• Experience supporting bookkeeping or working alongside an accountant is a plus

• A natural organizer — you notice what's slipping before anyone has to ask

• Solid communicator, comfortable working with both internal staff and external vendors

• Able to juggle multiple priorities without losing the details
