Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and interventions
• Support crisis management and short-term counseling strategies
• Collaborate with the clinical team in patient care planning
• Build positive relationships with patients and families for effective care
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work is required
• Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) in Kansas or Missouri necessary
• 1+ years of experience in related settings preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of community resources needed
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient engagement required
