Reporting to the Vice President, you will perform essential functions within Waystone's Investor Services unit. You will ensure adherence to compliance standards and maintain investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process transaction documents such as redemptions and transfers
• Keep track of capital activities and share reports with clients




• Ensure accurate delivery of client/investor reporting
• Adhere to AML requirements for transactions
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients

Requirements:
• At least 3 years in Investor Services, preferably in Hedge Funds
• Knowledge of HWM Mantra is a plus
• University degree in Business or finance-related field
• Strong compliance and detail management skills
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
