• Configure Litmus products across various deployment stages

• Deliver Level 2 technical support and issue resolution
Requirements:
• Proven experience with IIoT and analytics solutions in manufacturing
• Solid understanding of system architecture and network protocols
• Knowledge in coding/scripting languages, preferably Python
• Strong communication and customer engagement capabilities
• Self-starter comfortable in a quick-paced atmosphere
