Become a Supervisor of Child, Youth and Family Development at YMCA of Northeastern Ontario, ensuring safe educational child care in Sudbury. This full-time role focuses on leadership and program implementation.

The full time Supervisor will oversee child care services for kids aged 0-12 years at various Sudbury locations. You will work collaboratively to maintain high standards of safety, quality programming, and staff management. A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and past supervisory experience are required for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the health and safety of children under care
• Ensure high-quality educational programming is delivered
• Conduct tours for families considering enrollment




• Maintain proper documentation for children and staff
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff for compliance

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
• CECE membership in good standing
• Valid G class driver’s license required
• Clear police record with Vulnerable Sector Check needed
