As the Employment Manager, you will spearhead the Integrated Employment Services while nurturing an entrepreneurial atmosphere within your team. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of employment services
• Develop and implement operational plans to achieve performance standards
• Oversee budgets and financial reporting for programs




• Encourage a client-centered approach in service delivery
• Coordinate with community partners for better job placements

Requirements:
• At least five years in a leadership role within the social sector
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in program delivery and management
• Extensive knowledge of grant writing and reporting
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms a plus
