Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, this individual contributor position focuses on HR support ranging from employee relations to recruitment and benefits administration. Your role ensures accurate HR data management while engaging and aiding employees throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the employee lifecycle including onboarding and transitions
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain personnel records
• Troubleshoot HR system issues within Workday and Dayforce
• Administer employee benefits and coordinate disability claims
• Facilitate investigations and employee training sessions
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in CPG
• Robust HR policies knowledge and customer service orientation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
