Take on an essential Administrative Support Role in Kapuskasing. This full-time contract is an exciting chance to directly assist the Agency with your clerical expertise.

In this 18-month position, your primary responsibility will be to manage administrative tasks efficiently. This includes data entry, document formatting, attending meetings, taking notes, and fulfilling receptionist duties. Your organizational skills and professional attitude are critical in supporting the Agency’s operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct data entry and format various documents and reports
• Attend and document departmental meetings for reference
• Perform all receptionist duties and follow up on assigned tasks




• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Agency's daily operations
• Provide courteous, confidential customer service to clients

Requirements:
• Educational background in Office Administration or equivalent
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office suite
• Bilingual (English and French) preferred
• Possess a G2 driver’s license and ability to upgrade to G Class
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
