In this role, you will report to the National Human Resources & Safety Manager, focusing on developing and refining safety programs while ensuring compliance with legislation. Your presence in the field will support frontline workers through coaching and mentoring, addressing real-time safety issues, and leading investigations to identify root causes of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop health and safety programs for operational excellence
• Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections
• Oversee claims management with CNESST and WCB




• Facilitate safety committee meetings and training sessions
• Engage employees in safety ownership and initiatives

Requirements:
• At least seven years of experience in Health and Safety
• Post-secondary qualifications in a related field
• Pursuit of CRSP designation is a plus
• Bilingual communication skills, French and English
• Willingness to frequently engage with operational teams
