As part of the Health & Safety team, you will report to the Manager and ensure adherence to occupational health standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring plant safety protocols, providing training, and conducting audits to instill a culture of safety. You will actively identify trends to improve workplace conditions and support the Joint Health & Safety Committee.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Manager on health and safety programs
• Monitor plant safety environments for employee welfare




• Facilitate health and safety training for staff
• Conduct audits to assess plant operations' safety
• Analyze safety data and prepare reports for initiatives

Requirements:
• Degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety
• 3-5 years in a safety role
• Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations
• Valid Advanced First Aid or EMT Certification
• Preference for CRSP, CHSC, or CRST designations
