Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture/design practices
Experience with Azure services, including:
Azure Data Factory
Service Bus
Azure SQL
Logic Apps
Azure Key Vault
Experience with Copilot Studio
Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and C#.NET
Experience working in iterative and Agile development environments
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
