You will be responsible for participating and assisting in valuation and financial analyses and applying valuation theories and approaches, including: researching and gathering relevant information; analyzing information; participating in the formulation of valuation approaches; developing valuation and other business models; and assisting in the preparation of valuation reports for a variety of purposes such as financial reporting, transactions, tax, and litigation.We support clients with their evolving business strategy with the following services:Serve as a member of multiple client engagement teamsIdentify issues and propose solutionsPerform research and business modellingPrepare quantitative and qualitative valuation analysesActively contribute to report writingDemonstrate ability to listen to clients and to address clients' needsMaintain and develop positive, productive,



and professional relationships with colleagues and clientsDemonstrate teamwork and responsibility towards team membersStay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client's businessUse current technology to enhance the effectiveness of services provided including integrating AI into day‑to‑day delivery while validating outputs, challenging assumptions and maintaining accountability for qualityUse AI tools to accelerate analysis, scenario generation and insight development while maintaining explicit linkage to business outcomesTo Qualify for the RoleTwo to three years of experience in a professional services firm would be considered an assetBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysisCPA designationA commitment to pursuing the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) professional qualification.
