About the Role

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will perform a broad range of technical laboratory duties that support the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Working across multiple laboratory disciplines, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality testing and patient care, all while adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:

- Current membership in good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO)
- Medical Laboratory Technologist Diploma
- Related experience is considered an asset

- Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to learn hospital systems such as Meditech




- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines

- A collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute positively within a team environment
