This position focuses on delivering effective speech and language therapy via assessments and individualized interventions at home. As part of a dedicated team, you’ll leverage your skills to enhance the quality of life for patients through team-oriented and family-centered care approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and implement targeted SLP interventions
- Engage with an interdisciplinary team for holistic patient care
- Utilize technology to enhance service delivery and documentation
- Support post-acute recovery strategies in home settings




- Foster communication-focused care tailored to individual needs

Requirements:

- Active registration with College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
- Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Experience delivering both remote and in-person therapy
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to apply critical thinking in diverse situations

Deliver impactful speech language therapy and support clients in living independently at home.
