Extendicare is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategies for our Para Med division, located in Markham, Ontario. This is a hybrid role tailored for those with a knack for creative HR practices and continuous improvement.

As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and operationalizing HR strategies with HRBPs. This position is perfect for those who excel in conflict management and have hands-on experience with strategic HR initiatives.

You will be entrusted with evaluating trends and proposing solutions that align HR and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities
- Implement strategic HR initiatives and solutions

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- CHRP or CHRL designation is a plus
