As Associate Director, WWC Maintenance, you will be fundamentally responsible for the administration and reliability of Wastewater Collection (WWC) assets. This full-time role demands leadership in team development, budget and resource management, and execution of preventive maintenance programs.
You’ll play a crucial role in aligning operational objectives with company strategy while ensuring compliance and enhancing asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for WWC plans and initiatives
- Develop and implement operational plans with measurable objectives
- Establish annual priorities for operational and strategic goals
- Lead continuous improvement and change initiatives
- Monitor business plans and adjust resources as necessary
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field
- Over 10 years in a Utility Workplace focusing on wastewater
- Proven experience leading teams in a unionized context
- Familiar with operational finance and regulatory practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
