What You'll Be Doing

- Program, set up, and operate Haas CNC Milling machines

- Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam

- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and machining specifications

- Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies

- Perform first-off inspections and quality checks





- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle times

- Maintain setup sheets, tooling information, and production documentation

- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams on custom machine-building projects

What We're Looking For

Required

- Technical diploma in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or related field

- 3+ years of CNC Milling programming and operation experience

- Strong Mastercam experience

- Experience programming and operating Haas CNC Mills

- Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T;

- Strong understanding of precision machining practices

Preferred

- Experience within custom machine building

- Manual machining experience

- AutoCAD exposure

- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
