Cantine Bella is looking for a reliable, energetic Kitchen Helper to join our team. We’re a small, busy local cantine, so we’re looking for someone who is willing to jump in, help where needed, and be part of the team. Experience is an asset, but a good attitude and willingness to learn are even more important. What you'll be doing Helping with food preparation Preparing fries, poutines and other menu items Assisting the cook during busy periods Keeping work areas clean and organized Washing dishes and kitchen equipment Restocking supplies Following food safety and sanitation procedures Helping with opening and/or closing kitchen duties Pitching in wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly We're looking for someone who Is dependable and shows up when scheduled Works well in a quick-paced environment Can follow instructions and work independently Takes pride in keeping a clean kitchen Works well with a small team Is friendly and respectful Is willing to learn Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.
