need a strip of well casing plasma cut into two flat bars, that get welded under the front bumper to mount a snow plow. 3 parts shown in red and black crayon on 3rd picture, duplicated for each side with a center bar triangulating the top view into a upside down M shape. all tools needed are available on location, FCAW / SMAW / Plasma arc. Confined Space / B-pressure tickets, or the ability to issue them would be an asset. no requirement to cut or weld in seamless square lines, nor go underneath equipment... the crayon picture is needing left handed weld. also have a large snow plow that needs two strips of the casing to make a recent cutting edge. casing section is nearly 100 pounds, I might be short on PPE if you have valid CSTS tickets. cardboard available for making cut out patterns.
