Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retaining Wall Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing durable and aesthetically pleasing retaining walls that enhance landscape stability and visual appeal. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces, ensuring safety, functionality, and beauty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your construction skills and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute retaining wall projects. While following daily site instruction.
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting foundations using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
- Construct retaining walls using various materials such as concrete blocks, stone, or poured concrete, ensuring structural integrity.
- Operate heavy machinery safely for excavation, lifting, and placement of materials. ( if needed, willing to train).
- Apply back filling techniques including gravel and or concrete to achieve precise and durable structures.
- Install related features such as drainage systems,



fencing, or landscaping elements to complement the retaining wall.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to safety standards and design specifications. While updating your supervisor and keeping site moving forward for time lines.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction with a focus on retaining wall installation preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans with confidence.or understand instructions well.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of leveling, back filling.
- Familiarity with construction site organization skills.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and equipment operation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for accurate execution of projects.
