About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Growth to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with owning the full customer lifecycle, from initial contact to fostering long-term relationships with repeat customers.
This senior leadership position demands a strategic and execution-savvy individual who can set and lead the growth agenda for the business. The VP of Growth will be responsible for a team that spans current customer acquisition, e-commerce, and retention, and will be the key figure in driving the company's growth, both in terms of bringing in new customers and enhancing the value of existing ones.

The role requires a leader with a proven track record in full-funnel growth, particularly within a direct-to-consumer, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand, and a deep expertise in areas such as paid social, paid search, media buying, and performance marketing strategy.





Candidates for the VP of Growth position at the company should have at least 15 years' of experience in growth and P&L; ownership, with a strong background in managing teams and a focus on data-driven strategies. The role also involves close collaboration with executive leadership, inspiring cross-functional teamwork, and representing growth in company-wide strategic and investment decisions.
