Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed specifications
- Collaborate with architects and developers to review solution options
- Develop customer journey and process maps for clarity




- Support sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions
- Prepare summaries and updates for cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field like Business or Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience
- Preferred: CBAP, Agile certifications or equivalents
- Familiarity with insurance processes and technology
- Technical exposure to APIs, Jira, and Azure Dev Ops preferred
