Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and manage major gift donors at $100k+ level
- Execute comprehensive engagement and solicitation strategies
- Coach senior development officers and lead performance reviews




- Identify opportunities for integrated fundraising campaigns
- Act as an ambassador for the Foundation within the community

Requirements:

- 8+ years of major gift fundraising experience
- Proven ability to negotiate and close substantial donations
- Robust leadership skills and experience mentoring teams
- Knowledge of local cultural demographics
- Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills
