Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CI strategies and Lean Six Sigma initiatives
- Partner with departments to enhance efficiency and safety
- Track and report CI metrics, including cost savings
- Facilitate CI training workshops for staff
- Ensure alignment with ISO 14001 environmental standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in CI, Safety, and Environmental roles
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Solid knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 compliance
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills
