Part-Time Nanny Needed (15 Hours/Week)

We are a family looking for a caring, reliable, attachment-focused nanny to help care for our two children: a 4-year-old and a 16-month-old.

Schedule:

Approximately 15 hours per week (weekday hours, flexible)

Opportunity for occasional evening or weekend date nights in the future, if interested

About the Role:

We are seeking someone who values connection, emotional attunement, and gentle caregiving. Our ideal nanny is warm, patient, and responsive, and enjoys engaging with children at their developmental level.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, nurturing care for both children

Support emotional regulation and secure attachment

Engage in age-appropriate play, reading, and outdoor time





Light child-related tasks (snacks, tidying play areas, diaper changes)

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience caring for toddlers and preschoolers
- Attachment-focused, gentle, and respectful caregiving style
- Reliable, communicative, and proactive
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working toward occasional evening or weekend care

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
