Reporting to the Shift Boss, the Construction Miner will tackle various underground tasks, including ground support and shotcrete application. Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain ore handling and ventilation systems
• Execute concrete and cement work with precision
• Perform pre-task hazard assessments for safety
• Operate pneumatic drills for ground support
• Mentor and support junior crew members in best practices
Requirements:
• Valid Underground Hard Rock Miner certification
• At least 2 years of experience in the field
• Ability to interpret civil and construction drawings
• Solid commitment to safety and teamwork
• Qualifications in additional mining skills are an asset
