Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of product listings
• Work alongside warehouse teams to resolve inbound issues
• Process RMA requests and issue vendor credits
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to manage invoice flow
• Maintain product detail accuracy across the system
Requirements:
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar
• 1+ years of related purchasing experience desired
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Detail-focused, quick learner with independence
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
