The role focuses on shaping, distributing, and profiling ballast to maintain track geometry and drainage, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship. You will perform shoulder work, brooming, finishing, and daily equipment inspections, travel across sites for 5–21 day assignments, and work days, nights, weekends, and extended shifts as required.
