Your responsibilities include planning patient caseloads, developing care plans, and upholding patient safety protocols. You'll engage in career development while working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services
• Plan and prioritize patient cases effectively




• Develop individualized therapeutic exercises and plans
• Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate and timely
• Participate in departmental meetings and quality assurance initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree from a PEAC-accredited program
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Preferably 2 years experience in rehabilitation
• Willingness to complete required certifications
• Proficient in electronic medical records
