We provide a diverse range of roles across many locations and a career where you can make a meaningful impact.THE ROLE The Program Support Manager, MFS will manage, develop, implement and evaluate MFS programs, services and initiatives to meet the needs of the military community, develop and maintain strategic partnerships within the military and other service delivery agencies,



as well as review programs and services to ensure compliance and consistency with Military and Veteran Family Services Program (MVFSP).The Program Support Manager, MFS will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and program guidelines, as well as lead project teams in the development and implementation of service/support programs and review policies, strategies, regulatory guidelines, programs costs/budgets and evaluation tools.This role requires that the ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience and the ability to lead, mentor and support staff in the delivery of programs and services.QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and LicensesBachelor's degree in Community Development, Family Studies, Education, Management or a related field,AND several years of experience in managing family or community development servicesExperienceIn working with a cross-section of the communityIn developing, implementing and overseeing family related programsIn measuring and analyzing service performanceIn personnel administrationIn project managementIn planning and conducting presentations, workshops and briefing sessionsIn contract negotiations and administrationIn developing, applying, interpreting policies and proceduresIn non-violent crisis intervention, an assetCompetencies, Skills and AbilitiesClient focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English or French Essential, Bilingual (English and French) an asset,Reading: Advanced LevelWriting: Functional LevelOral: Advanced LevelBENEFITS AVAILABLE Health Advantages: Drug coverage, healthcare spending
