Provides overall strategic direction and guidance to the operational activities of the Canada plasma donor center organizationDirects and full responsibility over Plasma operations in CanadaApproves budgets, plans and goals for the control of the planned production, budgeted spending, labor efficiency, material efficiencyDirects and oversees operational activities and projects to ensure business goals are achieved and results are in line with the stated objectivesAssists in the development of the Canada plasma operations strategic plan to advance the Company's mission and objectivesImplements programs to ensure attainment of business plans for growth and profitOversees team of senior leaders and the general manager and field levelsApproves divisional operating procedures, policies, and standards in compliance with FDA, EMA, and other regulatory standardsDevelops and maintains the headcount, capital forecasts, and operational expense budgets for plasma productionDirects, appraises and sets appropriate measurement targets for the performance of all operational functions of the donor centersResponsible for the proper integration of newly acquired donor centersImplements improved processes and management methods to generate higher return on investment (ROI) and workflow optimizationRequirementsBachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering or equivalent requiredMBA preferredMinimum of 15 years management experience in the plasma collection industry or the bio-tech/pharma manufacturing industry,



including experience leading a large organization at the executive levelStrong knowledge of plasmapherisis donor center management and operations to directly manage the disciplines of donor procurement and quality assurance in a bio-tech/plasma industryTechnical expertise and robust operational and project management skillsAbility to effectively collaborate and work with all levels within a global, matrix-driven organizationCore CompetenciesDemonstrates extensive leadership in plasma operations management, with a strong focus on strategic planning, budget oversight, and compliance with regulatory standards.
