Join a dynamic team in Downtown Vancouver or remotely. As a Casualty Underwriter, you'll leverage your expertise in underwriting sports and leisure insurance, ensuring the best coverage for clients. A combination of experience in Special Events, Adventure Tourism, and strong negotiation skills will be critical in maintaining and growing our portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review pricing and conditions for recent and renewal coverage • Maintain and expand the existing book of business • Strengthen broker relationships through active engagement • Provide market intelligence to team leadership • Discuss new product developments and underwriting strategies
Requirements: • 5+ years of relevant underwriting experience • 2+ years in Sports, Leisure, and Entertainment risks • Level 1 General Insurance license or ability to obtain • Strong organizational and communication skills • Knowledge of Sports & Leisure specific coverages
