Insight Global is searching for a dynamic and strategic Content Specialist, Digital & Community to support a fast-paced, highly visible retail marketing environment. This role will be based out of the Mississauga office and will play a key part in shaping and executing content strategies that connect with local communities and drive engagement across digital channels, including social and web.

This position sits at the intersection of content strategy and execution, requiring a robust content marketer and social media expert who can develop compelling, community-driven storytelling while collaborating across multiple teams. The ideal candidate is confident, innovative, and thrives in a high-growth environment with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.

Must Haves:

- 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, social media, digital content, or digital strategy (flexible depending on experience)
- Strong background in content creation, publishing, and editorial storytelling across multiple digital platforms
- Proven experience executing social, web, and digital content strategies end-to-end




- Experience with web content management, SEO, and digital customer journeys
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a low ego, team-first mindset

Nice to Haves:

- Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation, optimization, or workflow efficiency
- Background in community-driven or local marketing initiatives
- Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships
- Exposure to multi-brand or retail environments
- Familiarity with current social media trends, formats, and emerging platforms
- Agency experience or working closely with external partners
