Working here is fast-paced, non-stop, and a little unpredictable—and we love it.Part of a bigger team.The Collision Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an auto body repair facility, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This includes managing staff, implementing processes for quality control, and ensuring that repairs are completed on time and within budget. The manager is also accountable for customer satisfaction, handling client inquiries, and resolving any complaints. Additionally, they must ensure compliance with safety standards, inventory management, and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and suppliers. Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role.What drives your day-to-day?Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management,



and inventory control; responsible for month end and ensuring all targets are metComplete bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salary and flat rate employees and submit to payroll for processingMonitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision CenterCollaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving shop efficiency and profitabilityEnsure all repairs and services are performed to the highest standards of quality and safetyMaintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition; manage repairs or replacements as neededHandle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction with services provided.Ensure all Insurance programs, guidelines, and procedures are adhered toAttend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by the Senior Leadership TeamPartner with the management team to ensure that operations are compliant with all provincial and national regulatory standards pertaining to health and safety, quality control and employment standardsSchedule and arrange OEM training for Estimator and Repair TechniciansWhat Are The Must-haves...5+ years previous experience in automobile repair, preferably in a management rolePrevious experience with collision repairs and familiar with the repair processExceptional computer skills – Microsoft Word, Outlook, Audatex,
