Key Responsibilities:
• Develop custom onboarding plans for restaurant owners
• Assess client needs during remote site evaluations
• Document installation processes of Toast POS systems
• Lead comprehensive training sessions for restaurant staff
• Offer ongoing support after Go-Live to enhance user experience
Requirements:
• Must be bilingual in French
• Minimum of 3 years in operations-focused roles
• Success in navigating complex projects
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Demonstrated success in meeting activation goals
