Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement eLearning strategies for R3
• Manage training delivery for the Student Information System

• Oversee eLearning team of analysts and developers
• Create instructional job aids for project Go-Live
Requirements:
• Four-year degree in Education or related field
• Seven years of adult learning and training experience
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and eLearning tools
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Background in Lean methodologies is a plus
