In this role, you will maintain and operate various facility equipment, communicate daily activities with the Facilities Manager, and maintain up-to-date records. You’ll tackle safety issues promptly, execute preventative maintenance programs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain various facility equipment • Report daily engineering activities to the Facilities Manager • Ensure accurate and organized maintenance records • Address safety concerns and maintain a clean workspace • Execute preventative maintenance based on schedules
Requirements: • Valid Ontario 4th Class Operating Engineer Certificate • 2-5 years applicable engineering experience • Secondary School Diploma or equivalent • Familiarity with HVAC and refrigeration systems • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
