Support high school students in Ontario as an experienced online English tutor. Enjoy flexible schedule and engage students in meaningful learning using a remote platform.
We are on the lookout for dedicated tutors with a strong English background, familiar with the Ontario high school curriculum. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree or B.Ed. experience. Being able to tutor additional subjects is a plus but not essential. You will provide online sessions, monitor student progress, and partner with parents to develop personalized learning plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate online English tutoring for high school students
• Assess student's current skill level and provide guidance
• Collaborate with parents for personalized education plans
• Assist students with homework and concept understanding
• Be a relatable mentor and support figure
Requirements:
• Fluent in English for effective tutoring
• Bachelor’s Degree or B.Ed. achieved or in progress
• Prior experience in tutoring or teaching in Ontario
• Knowledge of the Ontario high school curriculum
• Good internet access and capable computer setup
