OCAD University is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to provide proactive, client-focused HR support across core P&C; functions. The role partners with P&C; Advisors to deliver recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, PD funds, job evaluations and attendance management, contributing to equity-informed HR practices. You will maintain records, coordinate special projects, and ensure timely communications across departments in a hybrid work workplace.
