Requirements

- Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree
- 3+ years technical process experience within an Industrial Manufacturing Environment, with strong preference for OSB manufacturing process exposure
- Demonstrated success in a Technical Manager level role, maintaining Product Quality, implementing Process Improvements and managing multiple projects
- Experienced managing in office lab and process recipe
- Holds Environment Health & Safety to the Highest Standard
- Strong Computer Proficiency with MS Office Programs
- Strong experience with utilizing Statistics and Statistical Analysis
