( 12-hour night shift ); Supervise a team of approximately15 production employeesbased on operational needs, in the most efficient manner possible; Ensure that all operators and production workers perform their dutiesoptimally, in compliance with their training, company procedures, regulations, and policies; Know and comply withquality and food safety standards ,occupational health and safety regulations,
