• Utilize stock condition data to create maintenance strategies
• Manage all aspects of financial reporting and control

Requirements:
• Significant experience in planned or capital works
• Robust contract and financial management skills
• Familiarity with JCT, NEC contract types
• HNC/HND in relevant discipline or equivalent
• Access to a vehicle required
