Key Responsibilities: • Engage in continuous quality improvement practices • Provide feedback on individualized care plans • Deliver emotional and social support to residents • Help residents maintain their daily living skills • Observe and report on residents' health conditions
Requirements: • Completion of an approved Health Care Aide program • Certification in Emergency First Aid and CPR • Experience working with older adults is an asset • Effective communication skills and teamwork • Initiative and strong problem-solving abilities
