We are looking for an experienced Head Swim Instructor who possesses a passion for teaching and a knack for leadership. Responsibilities include both engaging with swimmers directly and supervising your team, ensuring that all instructors provide high-quality lessons. Administrative duties can be handled remotely, adding convenience to your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide engaging private and group swim lessons
• Inspire and coach instructors across both locations
• Track swimmer progress and maintain family communications
• Support the recruitment and training of current staff
• Uphold safety and professionalism standards on deck
Requirements:
• Three years of swim instruction experience
• Two years in a leadership role
• Valid National Lifeguard certification essential
• Own transportation between Kanata and Nepean
• Capability to manage remote administrative tasks
