In this position, reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Plant Operations Coordinator is responsible for the management of critical manufacturing data and reporting processes. A minimum of three years' experience in a manufacturing workplace is essential, along with skills in SAP and operational metrics analysis. The role demands strong organizational capabilities and teamwork to meet production goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain key data within SAP accurately
• Compile daily operational performance reports
• Review production data for accuracy prior to submission
• Manage inventory cycles and reconciliations with Warehouse
• Prepare KPI reports focusing on improvement opportunities
Requirements:
• Three or more years in a manufacturing support role
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Highly organized with a focus on problem-solving
